16U Cougars Win the CHIP!!!

The 16U girls went 4-0 this weekend and won the CHAMPIONSHIP in the "Drive to the Hoop" tournament hosted by the rockland rockets. 

They defeated the Bergen Bronze Friday night 44-37, then went on Saturday morning to defeat the Primos

60-23. Their third win on Saturday placed them with a 3-0 record going into the championship game 

against the NJ STORM. Ruby Katz led the team with a record of (6) threes to lead the cougars in scoring with 

18 points. Ruby Katz will be a junior next season at Pascack Valley, she hit 13 three pointers in (4) games this

weekend and totaled with 45 points for the tournament. Congratulations to the 16 U girls for defeating the NJ

Storm 46-40.

 

The 16 U girls will tip off their 

second tournament of the season at the Crusaders Classic, in West Orange, NJ.
